Dear Woodcrest Families,

We are excited to welcome our Wolverines back for the 2026–2027 school year!

Our Back-to-School Processing days are just around the corner. During this time, students will receive important information, check out materials, purchase optional items, and prepare for a successful start to the school year. 

Back-to-School Processing Schedule
  • Incoming 7th Grade: Thursday, July 30 | 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • 8th Grade: Friday, July 31 | 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM 
Before You Arrive
Please complete your Aeries Data Confirmation before attending Back-to-School Processing. This must be completed in advance. 


Please Bring Your Donation Bags!

We are also kicking off our first fundraiser of the school year with a Clothing & Household Items Drive. If you are able, please bring your donation bags with you when you attend Back-to-School Processing. Every donation helps support our students and school programs. We will be collecting bags up to September 4th. Tell your family and friends. Thank you for your generosity! 


During Back-to-School Processing

Students and families will have the opportunity to:
  • Pick up tentative student schedules
  • Purchase PE uniforms (cash only)
  • Purchase 2026–2027 yearbooks at the presale price  (cash only)
  • Preorder Woodcrest Spirit Wear  (cash only)
  • Learn about our PBIS/5-Star Rewards Program
  • Preview the Second Step Curriculum
  • Download the ParentSquare and 5-Star Students apps
  • Check out textbooks and agendas (all students)
  • Receive laptops (incoming 7th graders and new students) 
Important Reminder: Incoming 7th-grade students must have current immunizations, including the Tdap and second Varicella immunizations, before school begins. 

We look forward to seeing all of our Woodcrest families and kicking off another outstanding school year. Thank you for partnering with us to ensure a smooth start to the year!
